Tono-Pen AVIA^® Tonometer with Quick-Tap^® Measurement Mode builds on all the features that made the classic Tono-Pen^® XL Tonometer the most widely used handheld tonometer. Tono-Pen AVIA requires no calibration and is always ready-to-use, has an award-winning ergonomic design, longer battery life, and an enhanced IOP averaging technique with two measurement modes. This makes it the most advanced Tono-Pen yet!

Select from one of two measurement modes; the traditional First Generation Mode, which provides an IOP measurement typically in five taps, and now the Quick-Tap^® Second Generation Measurement Mode where you can obtain a reliable IOP measurement in as few as two taps. This is especially useful for children and less cooperative patients.

No Calibration Required.

Routine calibration of Tono-Pen AVIA Tonometer is not required. Spend less time worrying about your instruments and more time with your patients.

Disposable and affordable, single-use, sanitized Reichert Ocu-Film + Tip Covers protect your Tono-Pen Tonometer, prevent cross contamination, and are easy to apply. Using genuine brand Reichert Ocu-Film + Tip Covers guarantees you are using tip covers that are specifically engineered for proper performance of your Tono-Pen.

Using non-Reichert tip covers may cause Tono-Pen readings to be erratic or inaccurate, and may result in difficulty obtaining measurements. Non-Reichert tip covers may also contaminate the Tono-Pen transducer, potentially voiding the warranty, and resulting in the need for costly service to the instrument.

Reichert Ocu-Film + Tip Covers are FDA cleared and are blue in color to assure the user that the tip cover is the genuine brand approved for use with Tono-Pen AVIA and Tono-Pen XL Applanation Tonometers.
