At Akriti Ophthalmic Pvt Ltd, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality ophthalmic products and services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing order cancellations and refund requests for purchases made through www.akritiophthalmic.com..

1. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by emailing support@akritiophthalmic.com within 24 hours of order placement.
    • If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you believe the order was placed in error or contains discrepancies, please contact us promptly.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Due to the personalized nature of Eye glass, or customized medical devices, cancellations are not permitted after processing begins.

2. Returns & Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, and
    • A return request is submitted via support@akriti.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused and in original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase, and images (if applicable)
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Custom-designed Eye glasses, opened sterile products, perishable items, or any product that shows signs of use.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • We will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 working days
    • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • In case of partial refunds (e.g., shipping costs), details will be clearly communicated.

4. Order Modifications

  • To modify product specifications or delivery address before dispatch, please contact us at support@akriti.co.in promptly.
    • Modifications for custom products may not be guaranteed once production has begun.

5. Disputes and Support

If you face any issues related to product quality or payment discrepancies, we encourage you to reach out directly via support@akriti.co.in. We will do our utmost to resolve the matter swiftly and fairly.
