1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard products: 1–3 business days
  • Custom‑made ocular prostheses or patient‑specific devices: 7–21 business days, depending on fabrication requirements
  • Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day

If we experience a high volume of orders or require additional time for quality checks, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Courier service availability

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number and courier details

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.

4. Shipping of Medical & Custom Devices

Certain products—especially custom ocular prostheses, medical devices, and sterile items—require specialized packaging and handling.

  • These items may have longer processing times
  • They may require temperature‑controlled or fragile‑care shipping
  • Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions

We will inform you if any special conditions apply to your order.

5. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Regulatory inspections
  • Local medical‑device compliance checks

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost shipments due to address errors
  • Additional charges incurred for re‑delivery

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@akriti.co.in before dispatch.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please photograph the package and product immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@akriti.co.in

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Akriti is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays

8. Click & Collect / In‑Clinic Pickup (If Applicable)

Customers may choose to collect certain items directly from:
