A Smarter Way to Deliver Cytotoxic Therapy

Z‑KAP™ enables safe, targeted placement of Mitomycin‑C or 5‑Fluorouracil following excision of:

How Z‑KAP™ Works

1. After lesion excision, place Z‑KAP™ directly over the sclera and beneath the conjunctiva.

2. Position the cytotoxic sponge on top of the shield.

3. Gently fold the conjunctiva over the sponge.

4. Allow therapeutic contact for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

5. Rinse thoroughly with Balanced Salt Solution (BSS).
